You may rearrange your booking slot up to 3 hours before the booking time. This is done via the link at the bottom of the confirmation email.

↓ If you are not happy with your visit

We want you and your dogs to love using our fields – if you are not 100% happy we will give a full refund.

Feedback is really important to us and we constantly try to improve what we offer so if there is anything you think we could do better, tell us! Please email us with any comments, concerns, compliments or complaints.

↓ Biosecurity

We cannot guarantee that everybody has their dogs immunised so the risk of infectious diseases is the same as going for a normal dog walk. This is the same for natural issues such as ticks and grass seeds.

↓ Disclaimer

This is not a manicured park and the ground is uneven so please take care when walking around the field. They can also get muddy in the winter so bring your wellies!

Children should be supervised at all times.

The Management does not accept liability for any accident, injury or misadventure, however so incurred.

  • The system we use does not allow two bookings at once. We sometimes find that one person has come to the wrong field or has the wrong day or time, or one person has rescheduled their booking.

If this happens and you are unsure, please call 07909 905233 as we will be able to check.

Do not arrive until after the booking slot has started

Ensure all but one car has left at least 10 minutes before the end of the booked slots.

If you want to book for more than 12 dogs please email dogfields@molesfarm.co.uk to discuss this before booking.

General FAQ’s

  • We are glad to still be able to let our fields to dogs which are listed under the dangerous dogs rules (XL Bullies etc), however there are some things which our insurers have asked for. Please click here to read our conditions as there are some documents you will need to send us ahead of your visit.

Please also click here to read the latest government rules, and ensure these are adhered to during your visit

Our fields are private land and the use of the fields are for the users exclusive use, however the car park is a shared space so muzzles and leads must be used in the car park. We would advise using the infield parking - the parking inside the locked area.

  • A 30 minute slot costs

    • £5 for 1 – 3 dogs

    • £8 for 4 – 8 dogs

    A 1 hour slot costs

    • £8 for 1 – 3 dogs

    • £12 for 4 – 8 dogs

    • £15 for 9 – 12 dogs

  • We have four fields

    • Carr (just opposite from the Hayride pub) HU17 7JZ

    • Manor, opened in August 2021 HU17 7QZ

    • Our third field is in Walkington (not far from the Dog & Duck pub) HU17 8ST

    • Ings Field, our newest field, opens September 2023 HU17 9GP

See more detailed directions and map here

  • The fields are available from 7am to 9pm, 7 days per week.

You must pre-book and pay for a session prior to your visit. You will have exclusive use of the field during your booked slot.

You can book up to a year in advance so if you wish, you can book the same slot every week.

  • Carr is 6 acres.

Manor is our largest field at 6.5 acres.

Ings is 6.5 acres and is the flattest field

Walkington is smaller at 1.5 acres.

Fields are secured with a 2m high fence.

  • The fields are not lit so please bear this in mind when booking your slot during the winter months.

  • There is a covered area at Carr and Walkington but not at Manor or Ings

  • There are picnic benches at all sites, and users are welcome to have a picnic but please ensure all litter is placed in the bins provided.

  • Yes you may, as there is not enough space on the road outside the fields to accommodate cars. However, please wait in your car until the previous user has got back into their car. This is to help with reactive dogs.

Please do not enter the field car park more than 10 minutes before your time slot.

  • Unfortunately if you are late arriving for your slot you must still leave on time as there will usually be another user booked to use the field.

  • If you see cars in the car park when you are scheduled to use the field (and you don’t think they have booked), please note the registration number and we can check.

  • All the fields are in rural locations, surrounded by arable farmland. For this reason local farmers may be carrying out pest control or have pigeons scarers on at certain times of the year (usually late autumn and in the late winter/spring - when the young crops are easily killed by grazing pigeons and rabbits).

This is out of our hands, but we wanted to make you aware of it in case you have a very noise sensitive dog.

Walkington is next to a quiet country road

Carr is off the road but there is a slow train line next to the field.

Manor is set back from the main road.

Ings is fairly quiet, plus the flattest field as it was in cropping until recently.

  • We suggest that if your dog cannot cope with seeing other dogs you should book an hours slot, not arrive until after the start time and leave at least 10 minutes before the end of the time slot.

Please report anybody who arrives more than 10 minutes before their time slot.

We now allow parking inside the actual field and would suggest doing this if you have severely reactive dog/s.

  • Please supervise your dogs carefully on the play equipment.

Dogs should not be encouraged to jump until they have finished growing (12-18 months depending on the breed) so please stick to tunnels, weaving poles and obedience training until then.

Please also be careful with overweight dogs, or tired dogs. Jumping dogs too young, or if they are too heavy, can result in the early onset of arthritis or other health problems.

If any equipment looks damaged please let us know and do not use it.

Play equipment is there for dogs to use and not for children/adults.

  • We are proud to use 'What3Words' - a system which has divided the world into 3 metre squares and given each square a unique combination of three words.

These combination of words are recognised by the emergency services worldwide, and it's the easiest way of sharing your exact location if needed.
