All offices are maintained to an extremely high standard, centrally heated via the farm biomass boiler and use LED lighting with electricity provided by the farm's solar panel field.
Length of leaseWe would like a minimum of 12 months but happy to negotiate longer leases for a more cost effective rent.
RatesThe offices are all subject to 100% business rates relief, as long as your business does not have other sites. Even then we have lower rateable values than town centre properties.
Broadband speedWe are connected to high speed broadband with both Relax Broadband and KC
ParkingThere is plenty of free parking which is one of our unique selling points compared to most quality offices in Beverley.
ChildcareThere is a fantastic on-farm children's nursery nearby - opened in summer 2017.

Tamara and the rest of the farm staff have been extremely helpful and the office spaces are converted to an extremely high standard, it's great to witness the day to day running of the farm from the office window too! The private location worked great for us, but it's also easily accessible and easy to find for visitors with plenty of parking

I have been renting an office on Molescroft Farm now about a year and can honestly say that the service and support has been second to none. There is always help on site if needed and Tamara and the team are quick to respond to any queries or requests in fact they go out of their way to be helpful. The offices are in a quiet but easy to find location well away from any traffic noise, with plenty of on-site parking. The farm itself is always clean and tidy and although it is a working farm, has little effect on the office area. All of the offices have been refurbished to a very high standard, they are bright and well fitted out to suit any business type, all of the office locations are well signposted and easy to find. I can’t recommend the team or location highly enough.
